\nyour assignment on. By analysing and responding to this case, you will showcase your ability to
\nunderstand the needs of an individual, and your skills in developing a care plan based on those
\nspecific needs.
\nBy completing this assignment, you will develop your understanding of how a person-centred
\ncare plan can be constructed from the information given to you by the person.

\nOnce you have selected and examined your case study, answer the following questions as they
\nrelate to the case:

\nrelationships with family, friends and the community?
\n2. What is the person\u2019s stage in the lifespan? According to Erikson\u2019s psychosocial theory, what
\nchallenge is the person facing? How the person is navigating this challenge?
\n3. Discuss the facilitators and barriers that the person may face as they navigate ways to
\nresolve their concern?

\nOnce you have answered the case study analysis questions, transform your work into an essaystyle response. Work presented in essay format should have an introduction, middle and
\nconclusion.
