Family Nurse Practitioner
As a family nurse practitioner, concepts of communication and collaboration within the multidisciplinary healthcare team are very significant in my daily practice (Blais, 2015 – Research Paper Writing Help Service). Effective communication acts a pillar to build trust between patients and the nurse, and also between the nurse and the healthcare organization the nurse belongs. Teamwork plays a significant role in ensuring patient safety and quality outcome.
