\nThis Subject primarily focuses on the various key processes in requirements engineering, including requirement elicitation, requirement analysis, requirement documentation, requirement validation and requirement management. This assessment requires you to reflect on any requirements engineering practices or processes you applied in your academic, personal and professional life.
\nTask Instructions:
\nThroughout the course of this Subject, you have developed an understanding of the key processes in requirements engineering, the various best practices, tools and techniques used in requirements engineering.
\nIn your academic, personal and professional life, there must have been many requirements imposed upon you by your parents, teachers, lecturers, friends and so on. Some requirements may require you to perform certain tasks, some may be related to how well you should perform those tasks.
\nWrite a 750-word reflection about the way you managed requirements from your academic, personal or professional life. Have you intentionally or unintentionally employed any requirement engineering practices? Would what you learnt in this Subject change how you gather, analysis, document, validate, manage requirements?

\nNo Zipped files. Students must NOT zip the MSWord document and submit it as one single zip\/compressed file.
\nComplete and correct submission. Assessment, once submitted, are FINAL and therefore cannot be modified. You bear all the onus to ensure that your submissions are final, correct (correct files in correct format) and complete before submitting to Blackboard.
\nYou are expected to begin this assessment when you begin the trimester, especially as you relate the learning activities (formative assessment) in the modules to this and the other (summative) assessments. Be sure to keep several drafts of your work as well as your notes and any sources you used to draw on in preparing your report.
\nExtensions will be considered only in extenuating circumstances where the student has applied before the due date. At that point, students are required to provide the latest draft, in case the extension is not granted and to demonstrate they have earnestly done everything to avoid lateness.
