This is a group project (me and another colleague). The project is about Apple acquired Shazam. In the attached document (Requirements for the report), my part is to cover #3 and #4, which is the quantitative analysis and summary and conclusion. Please see details: 3) Quantitative analysis to initiate the deal. In other words, why and how the deal could add value to the company (including the financial plan, valuation of the deal, etc.). Detailed calculation process and analysis is needed. You can include charts, figures, and other necessary tools as the appendix to support your argument. 4) Summary and conclusion
