3. Who was John Mark? Tell everything you can discover about him.

Antioch was an ancient city located in modern-day Turkey, and it was known for being a center of trade and culture. It was also an important city for the early Christian movement, as it was home to one of the first Christian churches outside of Jerusalem.

The leadership of the church in Antioch included individuals such as Barnabas and Paul, who were both influential missionaries in the early Christian movement. Barnabas was a Jewish Christian who was known for his generosity and for his role in bringing Paul, a former persecutor of Christians, into the fold of the early Christian movement. Paul, also known as Saul, was a Jewish scholar and Pharisee who converted to Christianity and became a missionary, spreading the teachings of Jesus throughout the Mediterranean world.

John Mark was a member of the early Christian movement who is mentioned in the New Testament. He was the son of Mary, a woman who owned a house in Jerusalem that was used as a meeting place for believers. John Mark is mentioned in the book of Acts as being a companion of the apostles Barnabas and Paul on their missionary journeys, and he is also mentioned in the letters of Paul. According to tradition, John Mark later became a bishop in the city of Alexandria and is remembered as the founder of the Coptic Church in Egypt.
