SCOPE
This task allows you to choose what you believe could be changed within the Australian legal system to enhance the protection of individuals in relation to surveillance and privacy.
You can make recommendations regarding one or both topics. How you break that down is up to you.
If you would like to be very specific, please state this in your introduction. Notably, should be including an introduction to outline the scope of your recommendations and which topics you will be focusing on.
STRUCTURE
