Contemporary health- care agencies then must continually institute change to upgrade their structure, promote greater quality, and keep their workers” (Marquis & Huston, 2015) So, modern health care agencies must keep making changes to improve their structures, raise the quality of care, and keep their employees (Marquis & Huston, 2015)
