Week 1 Discussion” Please respond to the following. Think about a time when you were part of a staffing process from either the business or applicant/employee perspective. Describe the situation using as many details as possible.  (2.) Then, recommend three (3) areas in which the staffing process could have been improved. Consider the material we just reviewed from pages 5 – 21 of the text, specifically the three staffing models as well as the staffing components in Chapter 1.  Use this information to help explain your answer.  Remember that even if you have not yet received your text, the first three chapters are available to you now as eChapters, which you open using the link in the Student Center tab.
