Project communications includes several means and modes of communication: meetings, reports, web conferences, phone calls, web-based reporting (like dashboards), etc.
1. Provide an example of the innovative use of technology in promoting communication excellence in a project (or program), preferably one in your organization.
2. Explain how technology can be used to change behavior and culture in an organization, providing a specific example if possible.
3. What technology recommendations would you have for your own organization, and how might those recommendations change (if at all) if your organization is globally dispersed and/or working remotely?
If you don’t believe that your organization is an appropriate example for this discussion, you may base your response on another organization you know of or which you have researched. If you have never worked on a project, frame your response in the context of whatever work you do and the organization you work in (because communication is vital to work in general).
