Strength Finder
The core values include focus and strategic planning. I love focusing on a specific issue, acting on the ideas, prioritizing, and achieving the set targets. I love staying on track and avoid distractions. The strategic value involves finding alternatives to succeed despite challenges (Marchi et al., 2021). I make decisions, anticipate the future, and fast-track the set goals. The strengths are important in achieving diverse goals despite the challenges that occur.
The results of the stregnthfinder assessment show that I have various strengths and weaknesses. One of the strengths is the futuristic skills that involve focusing on the future and energizing others to pursue future goals (Royal et al., 2018). Another strength is ideation that involves a fascination with new ideas. I prefer to contribute positive discussions that will help others discover innovative ideas. Another strength is being an achiever who is satisfied in achieving goals. Making progress inspires me to work hard to achieve the set goals (Royal et al., 2018). Another strength is being critical by analyzing the factors that affect a situation. The analytical skill is important in eliminating the risk of making mistakes.
The characteristics I need to strengthen include having a great desire to learn and being an includer. One of the areas I need to improve on is accepting new ideas and embracing diversity, I have a weakness of focusing on one approach that I believe is perfect. Another weakness is embracing the ideas of other people. Embracing the ideas can boost diversity and teamwork (Faville et al., 2020). The improvements are necessary to enhance my ability to work with other people despite their beliefs, and education level. The results are important in helping me to strategize on the strengths and weaknesses and improving my personality in the future.
