\nUse this Journal to reflect on your clinical strengths and opportunities for improvement, the progress you made, and what insights you will carry forward into your next practicum.

\n\u2022\tRefer to the \u201cPopulation-Focused Nurse Practitioner Competencies\u201d found in the Week 1 Learning Resources, and consider the quality measures or indicators advanced nursing practice nurses must possess in your specialty of interest.
\n\u2022\tRefer to your Clinical Skills Self-Assessment Form you submitted in Week 1, and consider your strengths and opportunities for improvement.
\n\u2022\tRefer to your Patient Log in Meditrek, and consider the patient activities you have experienced in your practicum experience and reflect on your observations and experiences.
\nJournal Entry (450\u2013500 words) Refer to the “Population-Focused Nurse Practitioner Competencies” in the Week 1 Learning Resources and think about the quality measures or indicators that advanced nursing practice nurses must have in your area of interest.
\n\u2022 Look at the Clinical Skills Self-Evaluation Form you filled out in Week 1 and think about your strengths and ways you could improve.
\n\u2022 Look at your Patient Log in Meditrek and think about the things you did with patients during your practicum. Think about what you saw and what you did.
