Organizational development is a contract entered between transformation agents and supporting organization with the intention of using practical behavioral skills in a context of a system to advance the performance of an organization and the capability of an organization to advance itself. It is a continuing systematic process to execute efficient transformation in an organization.
Organizational development is referred to as both a field of practical behavioral science aimed at understanding and running organizational transition and also for inquiries and scientific studies. Because of its multidisciplinary nature, it draws on psychology, sociology and theories of inspiration, education, and character. The purpose of organization development is to improve the capability of organization to manage its internal and external affairs.
This comprises of affairs like advanced interpersonal processes, efficient communication, and improved capacity to deal with various types of organizational problems, suitable administration style, advanced skills, and high degree of trust more effective decision processes, more appropriate leadership style, improved skill in dealing with destructive conflict, and higher levels of trust and collaboration among members.

Organization development is limited to war movies because the ministry of information held a survey and found that the war movies has outstripped the newspapers and books in its capacity to reach many people. As a result of this survey the ministry made a program of non theoretical and shows using only commercial cinema circuits and other venues such as canteens and railway stations.
